The Maker
Made by hand, in small batches
North Channel Tallow Co. is the work of Melissa Phillips, a maker in the Sault Ste. Marie area of Northern Ontario. Every jar is whipped, filled, and labelled by hand in small batches — first shared at local markets and by word of mouth, now finding its way to you.
The approach is simple: traditional, skin-akin nourishment from grass-fed tallow, paired with a short list of botanicals chosen for purpose and elegance. Quality over complexity — nothing you don’t need.
