Shipping & Returns

We want you to love your new routine. Here is how we get your order to you, and how returns and exchanges work if something isn't quite right.

Shipping

We ship across Canada. Orders are handmade in small batches and usually leave us within 2 to 5 business days, with delivery times depending on your location and carrier. Tracking is provided on every order, and shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your North Channel purchase, please return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We’ll even cover your return shipping. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is returned damaged or heavily used.

To start a return, please reach out through our Contact page and provide your:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you are returning
  • Reason for the return

We will respond within 3 business days and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please note that final sale items (clearly marked at checkout, such as gift sets or limited bundles) are not eligible for our 30-day return policy.

Return shipping

You will not be responsible for paying your return shipping costs on an eligible return. Please note that any original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Refunds

We will issue your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return, and you’ll be notified by email once it has been processed. The refunded amount should appear on your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We will replace items that are defective or damaged. If you’d like a replacement of the same item, reach out through our Contact page and we’ll take care of it.

If you ordered the wrong product and would like to exchange it for another, contact us as well. Please note that we can only exchange products that are unopened and unused, and sent back via tracked shipping. For these exchanges, return mail costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we are not responsible for any additional shipping costs.
