Our store runs on a custom platform built, hosted and operated on our behalf by our technology partner, Humanik Technologies Inc., which provides the e-commerce and hosting infrastructure that lets us sell our products and services to you.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in using the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws). We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Our products are cosmetics. Product descriptions, ingredient information, and any guidance on the site are provided for general cosmetic purposes only and are not medical advice, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer and to discontinue any product at any time. All descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice, at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, and we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at the time the order was placed.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases, and to promptly update your account information so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards and any other methods offered at checkout. North Channel does not store your full payment card details.

We may provide access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, and any use of them is entirely at your own risk. New tools or features added in the future will also be subject to these Terms.

Some content, products, and services available through our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links may direct you to sites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content and are not liable for any third-party materials, websites, products, or services. Please review the relevant third party’s policies before engaging in any transaction.

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, or other materials (“comments”), you agree that we may, at any time and without restriction, use, edit, copy, publish, and distribute them. We are under no obligation to keep comments confidential, to pay compensation for them, or to respond to them.
